steps.

eliminate the anxiety disorder but will make you generally happier
and more able to deal with your anxieties.

your anxiety with a medical professional who can provide an
objective perspective and offer professional advice.
Research
alternative medicines that have a proven history and research
backing to their anxiety beating claims.
